About this model

A protein is a distribution, not a snapshot. AlphaFlow adds flow matching to AlphaFold2 and BioEmu uses diffusion to sample the conformational landscape directly from sequence. Both are the right tool for intrinsically disordered regions, cryptic pockets and allosteric mechanisms.

Standardized I/O contract

Every model in the Hub speaks the same contract, which is what lets the Router and the agent call any of them without special-casing.
