Gnina

Canonical SMILES for the small molecule.

Needs receptor (pdb), ligand smiles

About this model

Gnina applies a convolutional scoring function to docked poses. Running Vina for pose generation and Gnina for rescoring is a well-worn combination that reliably improves virtual screening enrichment.

Standardized I/O contract

Every model in the Hub speaks the same contract, which is what lets the Router and the agent call any of them without special-casing.
