About this model

scGPT treats a cell's expression profile as a sentence of genes. It transfers to cell type annotation, perturbation response prediction and batch integration, and it is the backbone of Corollary's single-cell workflows.

Standardized I/O contract

Every model in the Hub speaks the same contract, which is what lets the Router and the agent call any of them without special-casing.
